Amazing staff, beautiful courtyard, the room was fantastic! It was a very cozy place and didn’t feel like just another copy&paste bland hotel/room. I would absolutely stay here again

I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and clean this hotel was. Super comfy bed, great bathroom and the courtyard was a perfect place to hang out, work or lounge by the pool. I will definitely come back!

This stay at Kasa was so wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful, we especially loved Jackie! The restaurant on site was top notch, so memorable. The staff left a handwritten card and a piece of cake in the fridge for us to celebrate our anniversary, it was so thoughtful! I thought the value was incredible and like I was staying at a hotel worth at least double what I paid. I don’t usually get the opportunity to stay at very nice places because I can’t afford to, but this felt like an expensive boutique hotel without the high ticket cost. That gave us the freedom to spend money in the local community, and at the on-site restaurant. We walked mostly everywhere and really had an amazing weekend. The only negatives were a very loud and ever present guest who really liked to talk on her phone for hours in common areas (on speaker) and the motion sensor light in the bathroom. Small things for such a great experience overall. Thanks to everyone at Kasa! We’ll be back!

This is the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The interior and exterior design is amazing, and there are so many nice touches like decaf coffee, earplugs, and a kettle in the room! The contactless check-in was incredibly easy. Everything is spotless and clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. I can’t wait to come back

I chose this hotel mainly for its location, although I have to admit the relatively lower price compared to nearby hotels of a similar level made me a bit hesitant at first. But the hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is excellent — close to the beach, yet very comfortable and peaceful. The room is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed is large and very comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are of great quality. I especially appreciated the attention to detail: a hairdryer, a steam iron, earplugs, and even a white noise machine for a better night’s sleep. One interesting architectural feature is that all windows face the inner courtyard. This makes the stay feel very quiet, safe, and relaxing, with no street noise at all. The courtyard itself is ?????? and beautifully arranged, with comfortable furniture and a pleasant pool area — perfect for unwinding. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant “Rose & Olive” offers good food and a lovely atmosphere. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and not once did I encounter any negative moments. Thank you, Kasa — I would be happy to return.

What an amazing stay!! The place looks better than the pictures! The staff was so friendly, the check-in process was a breeze!!! The property and the room was spotless! So clean, cozy and quiet!! In a great location! The restaurant attached to the property has a very tasty and interesting menu as well!! I would highly recommend and have already booked future stay at this property!! 5 stars!!

What a pleasant gem in Long Beach! The staff was always beyond pleasant, the grounds were immaculately maintained, the property was clean and fresh, and it was pet friendly (the primary reason I selected in the first place). I loved the modern yet retro design and the room was great! Such a comfortable bed, room darkening window coverings, large bathroom with great products, and incredibly clean. I was a little anxious about no on site parking but there was a secure lot less than a 4 minute walk away that only cost $19 for 2 nights. Since I traveled with my dog, I was also very pleased to find so many grassy areas within a block in all directions, and speaking of walking, I always felt safe and it was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. I will 1000000% be back again and this will be my go-to Long Beach hotel.

My 3-night stay here was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. I travel a lot for work and have definitely compromised quality of stay to save some money in past trips, but this one exceeded my expectations by miles. The front desk was always friendly and smiling and Jackie was absolutely wonderful! I loved getting to chat with her on my way in and out of the lobby. Paul helped me take my luggage to my room, which I appreciated a lot. My room was so cozy and comfortable. The lighting fixtures were nice; the dimmable nightlight and corner lamp were a great alternative to fluorescent overhead bulbs. The bed was huge and the pillows were perfect. The bathroom was also spacious and the tiled shower was pretty! The property is maintained routinely and there was calming ambient music playing whenever I was walking around. It was easy to find street parking before 10pm on weekdays and even after midnight, it only took a few minutes to find a spot on a slightly further block. Being able to walk to the beach, the Pike Outlets, the shoreline, and so many good restaurants and cafes made my stay so easy and accessible. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone who works here for making my stay so memorable!

At first I was not sure if this was for me. I'm an older gentleman and having passwords to enter the building and my room was strange. Once I got in it was so fabulous I felt safe and secure the entire property was clean bright and staff helpful and I like that housekeeping was when I chose and I could get whatever I needed 24/7 I recommend this place highly! Enjoy your stay!

Cute little place, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t need to park so that wasn’t an issue, but yeah parking will probably be a bit rough for others. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed my stay!
