The Inn At 50 (formerly a Rodeway Inn), was an awesome surprise. The property has been upgraded and has a boutique feel. My room had a queen and a full bed where there was a nice wall separator between the beds. The bathroom and shower was nicely tiled and even had a heated floor!! There is secure parking on site and also about four trickle chargers for e-cars. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was clean and it was comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay (or even longer if we wanted). It was in a great location and the staff was really great to work with. We’d come here again.

Booked a room online. Came to pay the deposit for $200 they say it will take 30-40 business days to get my refund back which I was fine with. Then they proceed to say they don’t take Cash App or chime, I give them a wells Fargo card and they claim the card machine won’t go through. The place looks like a fancy motel not hotel. And there are roaches. Don’t go, There are better places all around in this area.

100% honest review - good service - clean rooms - good room quality - very good area in Long Beach, you can walk everywhere - good prices The only thing my partner and I didn't like was the high deposit and the fact that parking isn't guaranteed; it's a matter of luck, and they charge extra to reserve a spot. Aside from that, I highly recommend it and I will go again.

Had a phenomenal time here! I stayed for 5 nights for Anime Los Angeles and usually I book Hilton but they sold out but also they're a bad company as of recent events so I'm extra glad I booked here. The beds are excellent as well and the walk to the convention is actually at least 10 minutes instead of 16 (if you go through the theater bridge instead of the street). The staff was really nice and were very accommodating with us. The cleaners are also amazing! However, the only bad thing I would say is that the walkway to the rooms are very small and designed weird so you'd have to go through parked cars to get to your room. I was worried for people who uses wheelchairs but I realized they have designated rooms specifically for them so that's a plus.

I tired to book a room however my debit card was having issues. My card had worked during my trip the whole time till that day. I had cash however they wanted a $200 deposit and I didn't have that on me. I offered a visa gift card however they didn't accept that either. They also didn't have the ability to do tap pay , apple pay or any other form. At this time I had my 3 yr old with me it was like 8pm. We were tired from traveling all day. I asked if they could keep my luggage till I got more cash and the clerk said no. I left and He ran after me saying all put your luggage on the curb. "I said go ahead. I can't carry all this luggage." We had taken a Uber from the cruise ship terminal gone to another motel and were running on fumes. . Anyways. I got cash than went back with my tired toddler and my luggage was on the sidewalk. Lucky nobody took it. I called another Uber where they took me to the travel lodge where my debit visa bank card worked just fine for the $100 deposit. Customer service and human decency are lacking in long beach. And the Christmas spirit of giving has been lost.

I stayed at Inn at 50 Long Beach, California from 13-16 November 2025 as I was attending an immigration lawyers conference at the Westin. I wanted a cheaper accommodation alternative. The room was clean and tidy. There was a nice small fridge to keep food. The temperature was fine without needing air conditioning or a fan. The bed was comfortable. The staff graciously accommodated by Shabbat observance by opening my door with an electronic key. The only slight drawback was that the rooms are not soundproof when a couple in the next door room are having an argument at midnight. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

Fernando and Simba were very professional, respectful and kind. You can tell that loved was poured into this inn. The great thing about this inn is that is located near the center of the city. It is walking distance to Vonghs, the Marina, and the Pikes Place Mall. There is a breakfast restaurant next door. The room is not the embassy suites, however it perfect for a night's rest in between stops or if you don't plan to sit in the room all day. The rooms are clean and neat. The kids loved the LED lights as their night light. We enjoyed our night here and loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. Would come again.

This was the most wonderful place. The rooms are absolutely beautiful updated very clean staff very nice. This is a genuine. Five star will be staying here when we come to Long Beach. This is a must place to stay.

This hotel is amazing! My room was so clean! The whole place was actually very well kept. I really appreciated how clean it was in my room though. I actually felt comfortable walking around barefoot and took my shoes off inside lol. Great value. Great location. Walk to the beach in 3 mins. Nice people working there. Next time I'm here I'll stay again. Thanks for providing fresh clean rooms for us ? I even left a tip for the maid
