The Inn at 50 at Long Beach Convention Center consistently receives positive reviews, highlighting its cleanliness, convenient location near the convention center and beach, and friendly staff. Recent renovations have noticeably improved the property, offering a comfortable and updated experience for guests. While some minor concerns about parking and room layout have been noted, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive.
Came for the Zombieland Apocalypse festival, it’s so close to the Queen Mary which was like 10 minute drive , parking is free but they do let you know online it’s first come first serve. Besides that everything was great, there’s a supermarket down the street called Vons where we got some snacks and drinks.Room was super clean. Will definitely stay here again next year! Also front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.
Just checked out of the hotel and it was a lovely experience. So close to everything!!! The beds were very comfortable and had another room with a full bed. The bathroom looks amazing with a great shower! Overall, everything was amazing, specially their customer service!! It was top notch!
Was easy to make reservation, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and tidy. Very much enjoyed my shower after going to the beach, which is walking distance. Enjoyed walking to the sandwich deli shop right around the corner. Was great to wake up and walk right next door to the breakfast bar. Location of stay was great overall! Definitely recommend, wish I was able to stay longer.
I recently stayed here for a conference at the convention center. I like to pick hotels that are easy walking distance but away from the rest of the conference goers just to recharge as needed. Inn at 50 was perfect distance to conference hall and the numerous vendor events that take place. My room was quiet and secure. The parking lot exits into an alley but they close it completely before dark. Room was cleaned every day. I really wish it had a dresser but I just used the second bed for piles. I know they are still doing some renovations but the missing details didn’t bother me. The shower is small but the water pressure is amazing and got perfectly hot really fast.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay! The rooms were clean and cozy, the shower had decent pressure and the TV had solid channel choices. The location is amazing, its within 5-10 minutes of lots of restaurants and little shops. I didn’t have a car on this trip so it was a big plus to be able to walk around to get food and explore. 10/10 would stay here again.
The Inn At 50 (formerly a Rodeway Inn), was an awesome surprise. The property has been upgraded and has a boutique feel. My room had a queen and a full bed where there was a nice wall separator between the beds. The bathroom and shower was nicely tiled and even had a heated floor!! There is secure parking on site and also about four trickle chargers for e-cars. I’d definitely stay here again.
It was clean and it was comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay (or even longer if we wanted). It was in a great location and the staff was really great to work with. We’d come here again.
Booked a room online. Came to pay the deposit for $200 they say it will take 30-40 business days to get my refund back which I was fine with. Then they proceed to say they don’t take Cash App or chime, I give them a wells Fargo card and they claim the card machine won’t go through. The place looks like a fancy motel not hotel. And there are roaches. Don’t go, There are better places all around in this area.
100% honest review - good service - clean rooms - good room quality - very good area in Long Beach, you can walk everywhere - good prices The only thing my partner and I didn't like was the high deposit and the fact that parking isn't guaranteed; it's a matter of luck, and they charge extra to reserve a spot. Aside from that, I highly recommend it and I will go again.
Had a phenomenal time here! I stayed for 5 nights for Anime Los Angeles and usually I book Hilton but they sold out but also they're a bad company as of recent events so I'm extra glad I booked here. The beds are excellent as well and the walk to the convention is actually at least 10 minutes instead of 16 (if you go through the theater bridge instead of the street). The staff was really nice and were very accommodating with us. The cleaners are also amazing! However, the only bad thing I would say is that the walkway to the rooms are very small and designed weird so you'd have to go through parked cars to get to your room. I was worried for people who uses wheelchairs but I realized they have designated rooms specifically for them so that's a plus.
