The room was nice but not very well cleaned. We found two floss picks on the floor when we entered the room. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. The breakfast was okay but the room was very small and crowded we ended up getting food and taking it back to the room to eat as there was no place to sit. The pool is not heated. The hotel is very central and walking distance to many places so that was nice.

We booked a night here last minute after flights were changed and wish we could have stayed longer! Great sized rooms, modern bathrooms, fantastic location and friendly helpful staff. The included breakfast was also a great bonus and good range of food and.hot/cold drinks to choose from (just no fresh fruit sadly). Room was well-priced, particularly compared to other Long Beach hotels at short notice. Would definitely stay here again if we returned.

I always stay at this centrally located Hotel. Parking is free and easily accessible and safe. The rooms are located on floors only accessed by your room key in the elevator. The hallways are well maintained, immaculate and lovely. Each guest room has an exterior door way light and a doorbell. The fitness room has the latest top notch workout treadmills and Exercycles by Peloton.

my stay was very nice. the front desk and maint staff helped me to set the TV up for HDMI, which was complicated, but they stuck with it and got the job done! then in the morning I was running behind but again the front desk became aware of my situation and altered my reservation to avoid a late departure charge. the room was very clean and the property itself was remolded recently and the aesthetics are very nice.

My family and I got to our hotel a few hours earlier than check in. We were making this stop to rest and to make it in time for Christmas morning surprise visit with our family that lives in San Diego. The lady at the front desk Paola was extremely nice and offered to take care of our luggage while we went to go have lunch. Traveling with 3 kids on a holiday is hectic. They were tired and hungry, she went out of her way and recommended a few places we can grab lunch at that were family friendly and that were open on Christmas Eve! Her kindness and hospitality made our day! Thank you, we'll definitely be back soon!

We stayed at Best Western twice in 2 weeks. Location is perfect for cruises. Breakfast is provided. Got my haircut at a nearby stylist. I would like to mention Crystal that commands the front desk. She is perfect! Knowledgeable, friendly, and so patient. She is busy calling for taxis, printing our documents, checking in and out guests, answering questions. She seems to be alone at the desk and if that's the case I hope Best Western compensates her accordingly.

This was a short overnight stay, since we were catching a cruise out the next day. The location is very convenient to the cruise crnter. There was a mix up with our reservation (no fault of BW), they made quick accommodations and all was fine. My grandson was looking forward to getting in the pool, however it is a really small pool, so he opted out. Complimentary self-serve breakfast had a nice selection, the space was clean, however, this is also a small space and near the pool.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the Long Beach Marathon. It was easy to check-in and park my car down below. The room is a good size, with a nice bathroom as well. The staff was friendly and it was pretty quiet at night. I think it is in a decent location and you can drive or uber to plenty of restaurants nearby or the beach. The TV doesn't have the greatest channel selection but I can't say I have any complaints about this location.

Clean and comfortable hotel with an amazing hot breakfast complete with a waffle machine, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereals, juices, pastries, toast, bagels, cream cheese, Nutella, oatmeal, milk, coffee machine, bananas, apples, and oranges. They had a yogurt dispenser too but the yogurt tasted quite bad and you can literally taste the preservatives in the yogurt so it’s not a fresh yogurt. Other than the yogurt, everything was delicious! Staff were kind. Pool included. Close to the Ports for cruises.

Grest place to stay while in long Beach. We have stayed here several times. Great downtown location. Lots of grear places to go eat in walking distance from hotel since street parking is a bite difficult. Rooms are clean, service great! Definitely will be staying here again.
