We ended up with a room on the first floor. We went out to dinner, and came back to our room smelling like drugs. Went for a walk and found that homeless people were smoking meth and weed outside our window. I notified the front desk 3 times, and they chased them off 3 times. At 3am I ended up threatening them myself so I could get some rest. Never staying here again.

Decent place for the price. I saw one cockroach the first day but none since, but everything seems comfortable and clean otherwise. The location is really nice, the staff have accommodated me with my power chair including my request not to be on the ground floor, and with the deadbolt on I feel perfectly safe at night. The staff also helped me tie together two week-long third party bookings so I could stay in the same room, which was very nice.

I tried to check in early and the front desk let me know the time I could do early check in and when the room would be ready, which I appreciated. I wanted to leave my luggage behind the counter so I could leave it somewhere safe before check in. I was told I could leave it in the lobby, but not behind the counter. The room on entry looked clean, but looking close up - several details were missed by the cleaners: blonde hair on the shower walls, red paint or marker in various places in the room, and stains on walls and the bathroom door. In addition, the counters were separating from the wall and needed more calk. The bed was fine. The fridge is dated and the fridge door is rusty. I took a shower at 8am and waited several minutes for the shower to get hot, but it never did. It was luke warm to cold. All I needed was a cheap place to stay one night near the convention center. It was perfect for what I needed. I would not recommend staying here more than one night. I would recommend to the management team to regularly inspect the rooms to try and raise the cleanliness standards.

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. I made my reservation over a month in advance through a third-party booking site, and when I arrived around 11 PM, the night employee told me he could not find my reservation. I showed him my confirmation email, but he repeatedly said there was “nothing he could do.” I immediately contacted the booking company, Super.com, and they confirmed that my reservation did exist. I asked the employee if he could call them directly to help resolve the issue, and he refused. I then spent over an hour waiting on hold with customer service, only to finally be told that my reservation had never been pushed through properly. They placed me on hold again while supposedly fixing the issue — and after TWO MORE HOURS, no one ever returned to the line. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of compassion and professionalism from the hotel employee. While I was stranded in the middle of the night trying to resolve this, he would not even allow me to wait safely inside the lobby and instead had me standing outside in the cold. As a woman traveling alone, I found the lack of concern for my safety extremely alarming and unacceptable. In the end, there was absolutely no resolution. I was left stranded late at night with nowhere to stay because every other hotel in the area was sold out. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

What an improvement! I had previously stayed here about 2 years ago and rated it around a 2-3 stars. But now what difference! Rooms are much nicer and hotel overall looks more welcoming than before. It's not perfect but much better than before! The breakfast place is great a and very close by. Would recommend staying here again!??

The check-in staff was very kind. It was just a place to sleep for the night so I didn’t notice how gross it was until I got up the next morning. Everything was dirty. They were dead Bugs. There was a random contact lens. The room was very dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. At nighttime people were wandering the halls and being loud well after 10 PM. EDIT: I now have 6 bug bites on my body. Arms, legs and back. So thoroughly disgusted. Wyndham has said to reach out to the hotel. They commented thanks for the feedback. ? cool.

Wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it. We checked in late after driving majority of the day with small children otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else. As soon as we walked into our room we saw roaches crawling on the wall by the mini fridge. Went into the restroom and saw about 5 more. The floor was dirty and the drawers for your clothes had trash in them. Doesn’t look like the room was cleaned at all. Also note our room was right above/near there breakfast bar/restaurant so I’m sure the roaches are coming/going from there also. For $200 for one night I expect a much much cleaner room and bug free at LEAST!

We had tried checking in early but the room was not ready, ok we were fine with that. When we actually finally got into our room it smelled like bleach but feel it was cleaned, our white socks we had were black on the bottom from walking on a dirty floor. We could not get the Wi-Fi and the desk clerk said he would reset it if there was a problem but that the room was near the modem and couldn't figure why it was doing that? Our TV we could not watch a program without it pixelating in and out, we felt if we said something we would not get any clarification anyway because our Wi-Fi never worked and we figured it was the Wi-Fi why the TV was not working? 3 people and 2 towels??? The Freezer/Refrigerator in room was very dirty on the top and the Freezer was so frosted over you couldn't even see the turn dial on how cooled it was?? The air conditioner never worked properly, it was missing half it's buttons you could see the mother board where the buttons should have been? We called the front desk to even get it to start? The shower stall itself was cracked in 3 spots and mold was starting to grow out of them? I understand now why I got it so cheap!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Quiet place, yet very close to a market and to the transport station. Also, if you like walking, you can walk to the marina. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. They offer room service upon request but I didn’t need to. You have as well coffee machine and mini fridge. Highly recommended with good value for money.

They lied and said, they was a pool. They said they had a couch in the room. I didn’t check it out on the net. I just called them. I had to keep it cuz I was going on a cruise. I saw No roaches. My room didn’t smell like cigarettes.
