This hotel offers a mixed bag of experiences with inconsistent cleanliness and basic amenities, but it generally earns praise for its amiable staff, central location, and proximity to dining.

Wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it. We checked in late after driving majority of the day with small children otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else. As soon as we walked into our room we saw roaches crawling on the wall by the mini fridge. Went into the restroom and saw about 5 more. The floor was dirty and the drawers for your clothes had trash in them. Doesn’t look like the room was cleaned at all. Also note our room was right above/near there breakfast bar/restaurant so I’m sure the roaches are coming/going from there also. For $200 for one night I expect a much much cleaner room and bug free at LEAST!

We had tried checking in early but the room was not ready, ok we were fine with that. When we actually finally got into our room it smelled like bleach but feel it was cleaned, our white socks we had were black on the bottom from walking on a dirty floor. We could not get the Wi-Fi and the desk clerk said he would reset it if there was a problem but that the room was near the modem and couldn't figure why it was doing that? Our TV we could not watch a program without it pixelating in and out, we felt if we said something we would not get any clarification anyway because our Wi-Fi never worked and we figured it was the Wi-Fi why the TV was not working? 3 people and 2 towels??? The Freezer/Refrigerator in room was very dirty on the top and the Freezer was so frosted over you couldn't even see the turn dial on how cooled it was?? The air conditioner never worked properly, it was missing half it's buttons you could see the mother board where the buttons should have been? We called the front desk to even get it to start? The shower stall itself was cracked in 3 spots and mold was starting to grow out of them? I understand now why I got it so cheap!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Quiet place, yet very close to a market and to the transport station. Also, if you like walking, you can walk to the marina. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. They offer room service upon request but I didn’t need to. You have as well coffee machine and mini fridge. Highly recommended with good value for money.

They lied and said, they was a pool. They said they had a couch in the room. I didn’t check it out on the net. I just called them. I had to keep it cuz I was going on a cruise. I saw No roaches. My room didn’t smell like cigarettes.

Do not stay here. They will make up lies in order not to give you your deposit and then red flag you to not stay on their property. This happened to me and I will be involving a legal team as well as the consumer protection board because it’s completely unacceptable. When they refused my deposit I asked why. First it was because I left the room dirty which I did not. Then they said smoking which there was no smoking in the room whatsoever. Then they said I had a dog. Well guess what it’s a service animal. They lie so that they can hijack your deposit. This isn’t over. They are refusing to provide me a deposit and now they will see how I respond legally. Completely unacceptable. On another note, very suspect area. The hotel has truly changed. Make sure ur doors are locked because it seems like they don’t care about drug activities or homeless people roaming through the halls. I’m a pretty reasonable guy but once you mess with my money, we are going to have a problem. I spent almost a $1000 for 5 days to stay at a sub par hotel with hallways that are gray and looks like ur walking through a prison or mental institution. I wish I never booked a hotel with them at all. And lastly, upon my arrival I noticed that someone left a half smoked cigar on their balcony with ashes everywhere. And also there were fruit flies as well.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Where do I even begin? I checked in to find myself assigned a room in the far back corner despite the parking lot being completely empty. After my shower, I discovered roaches and crickets emerging from a rusted mini fridge. When I called the front desk, I was told to hold for 20 minutes while he checked in guests - then he forgot about me entirely. I had to call back. He initially refused to move me, saying it was “after 6pm,” but changed his tune once I mentioned I had photos of the insects. The room switch was a logistical nightmare. My first room was on the first floor with repair-closed stairs directly outside, forcing me to drag my luggage across the entire parking lot to access the elevators for my new third-floor room. The “new” room was barely an improvement: heavy cigarette smell, broken blinds, a window that wouldn’t close (making the room freezing), and a bed so old it was more springs than actual mattress. To top it all off, they promised to refund my deposit on December 5th. It’s been 10+ days and still nothing. I’ve had to file a PayPal dispute to try to recover my money. Between the roaches, broken amenities, indifferent staff, and unreturned deposit, this Travelodge has earned every bit of this 1-star review. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. Mind you I’m a Wyndham Platinum Member imagine if I were the lowest level member.

This is a great place to stay for festivals/events around the area. In room mini fridge is a nice amenity. Staff was friendly upon check in and check out. I did not see it previously disclosed but they have a $15/night charge for parking your vehicle in their parking lot, which isn't unreasonable, I just wish I was made aware sooner. Unfortunately I did see a cockroach briefly. Also it is impossible to reach the front office for inquiries via phone. The listed phone number connects to Wyndham automated system. If you try to get a hold of a live person, it routes to a call center. I tried inquiring about an article I had possibly left behind and the agent at the call center gave me the listed number which led to the automated system, which was a little ridiculous. I explained this to a different agent from the call center, and she said that she tried to contact the front desk but was kept being put on hold, this went on for 20 minutes, before I gave up. Not very professional, in my opinion.

Their version of clean is my version of disgusting ? The neighborhood is filled with homeless. The bath tub looked like it had a stage sewage back up. The water never got hot at 7 am and the toilet seat is made out of a thin plastic plate with a hole cut in the middle.

I can't say enough about this place. First the staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful. Personally walked us to our rooms and offered to help with a heavy bag. The rooms were not huge, but thoughtfully laid out and were as nice as any 4 star. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We stayed here the night of August 8th, 2025. Here are my thoughts: Do not come here. At all. The front desk attendant was rude. Also, charged $15 for parking. The parking lot situation was badly designed. I almost crashed into a wall. When we got to our hotel room, the smell of old piss and cigarettes meets your nose. We went inside and at first it looked clean, but the longer you stay the more you start to notice how "clean" it is. The floors were dirty. There was crumbs on the floor, and every step I took I wanted to gag. Also, there was a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The beds aren't any better. There was unidentifiable black stuff on the beds. They looked like bodily substances. There was other crumbs on the bed, but it would take me a whole page to describe. I can't say anything about under the bedsheets because I didn't want to ruin my experience/stay further more. The sink area outside of the bathroom was decent...at first. The faucet was broken. Everytime I used the sink the entire faucet would move, so I had to limit my use of it because I didn't want to finish it off. Also, the water only came out scalding hot. The fridge was right next to the area. It looked like they just shoved it all the way into the corner of the room. The temperature inside of it was barely cold. The coolness was faint. The top of the fridge was dirty, and looked like it hadn't been clean in months. The bathroom was ok. But, the shower was disgusting. Utterly disgusting. I could not shower properly. I let the water run and the water was filling up the tub. I strongly believe the pipe was clogged. As the tub was filling up all kinds of trash was desending from the floor and going towards the drain. I was so glad to do that because I would have vomitted in the shower. Also, after that, I eventually got in the shower and as I was showering I could hear the pipes moving right under me. Worst shower I've ever taken in a hotel. The toilet paper looked used the bottom of it was yellow. Also, the toilet paper felt so cheap everytime I wiped my ass it felt like I was using my hand. All the trash bins in the hotel didn't have trash bags. TV remote was trash. It didn't let us change the channel. Also, the wifi was non-existent. It didn't work at all. Overall, the only good thing was that we were able to have 3 beds in our room. But, I still would not reccomend staying here because we payed $228 for a bad experience. Thank you.
