I am now a Hilton stan. They were 100% booked and swamped because of back to back conferences. But the customer service and attention I received made it feel like the entire hotel was going above and beyond every time. Free water bottles, fantastic valet, and feee shuttle to the convention center was just the start. Their text support is a Millennial and Gen Z dream come true. Introverts rejoice! Shoutout to Esmeralda, Kianna, Lawrence, Janelle, Sidney, Rod, and Maria. Not to forget the front desk staff who kept the place running during the day and night. Note: $40 valet parking or $35 self parking per night. Not bad for downtown Long Beach and less than mile from the convention center and waterfront.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Long Beach and wanted to recognize the amazing team that made the stay so positive.From the moment you walk into the lobby, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, with clear attention to detail throughout the property. A special thank you to Jeanelle, Andy, Camila, and Stacy (Guest Services Manager) for their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. The housekeeping team, along with the staff around the entrance and car services, also do a great job keeping everything running smoothly. What stood out most was how quickly the team responds if anything is needed. Any questions or concerns are handled right away with genuine care. If you’re visiting Long Beach and looking for a place that is clean, welcoming, and supported by a team that truly cares about their guests, this hotel is definitely worth checking out

I enjoyed listening to James and learning about the Cabernet wine served during happy hour! My room was spacious and very comfortable. Check in was fast the only drawback was a full parking lot and being directed to an overflow lot. It was a very short walk to the hotel but a 5 -10 minute drive around the block with no noticeable signage for parking so I circled twice after missing it the first time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, came in for a work conference. From the moment I checked in the staff was very welcoming, professional & attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything easily accessible. They also offered free shuttle rides into the pier and surrounding areas. Maria C one of our drivers was amazing shout out to her for recommending places to eat & explore also another shout out to Alex on our last day drove us to the Harbor Cruise location he was very friendly! And let’s not forget about the complimentary take home souvenir ducks

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise and it was a great experience. Although we were NOT promised a early check in we were accommodated very early in respect to regular check in times. The room was very clean and beds were soft. The best part was definitely the staff. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Chef Fabian !!! Coolest guy I've met in awhile and hes a monster in the kitchen. He was sanpling the fresh pasta in the lobby and I became hooked. My family decided to have dinner at The Loft Restaurant on site and Chef Fabian kept the great food coming ... amazing chicken wings, perfectly cooked pastas, delicious soups and a wonderful dessert. A big big thank you to our server Zoe for the great service and conversation. It was a great evening and stay before our cruise. We will definitely be back, thanks again to the ENTIRE hilton long beach staff!

Stayed one night this weekend and hands down the best Hilton I have stayed at! Every employee treated me with such kindness and made me feel welcome. A huge shoutout to Juan at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and such a cool dude who made my one night stay that more memorable! Everyone from the bartender, baristas to the security(esp night) was so cool and fun to talk to!! No doubt I will be staying here again!! Thank you Hilton LB!?????

I never write reviews, but I felt I had to this time. When we pulled up to the hotel it looked very nice. But like they say, “looks can be deceiving.” And sadly, it’s true! When I checked in I was told it was an additional $30 for parking. The underground parking lot which was well lit and secure was full. She said there is parking across the street, but it’s still $30. Well, ‘across the street’ was an underground lot in what looks to be an abandoned building. There is no security, no lights (I feel sorry for whoever had to go back to their car at night) and you have to hope and pray your car is still there the next day. And then, I asked if there was a Happy Hour. All of the nicer hotels I’ve been to have free food. NOT this one! You pay for everything. Later that evening I asked about breakfast in the morning. EVERY SINGLE HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in offers a free hot or continental breakfast. NOT this one! I’m very disappointed and will never stay here again!!

Outstanding stay at Hilton Long Beach! Service was impeccable from start to finish. Juan at the front desk was absolutely amazing—welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The security guard and every single employee we came in contact with were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality, and our balcony room was beyond expectations—spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. This stay exceeded all of our expectations, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I am writing to all of you to provide feedback on the recent stay at the Hilton Long Beach by the Brownsburg High School Band accompanied by three tour directors from Music Travel Consultants. I would be remiss to not start with Banquet Manager Abel Rodriguez! Abel was visible, available, communicative, attentive, and present to us throughout the trip; like literally there in our midst from start to finish. He was even observed New Year’s Day morning at 4:30am actively mopping from an ongoing ceiling leak over the lobby stairs leading out to the buses to take us to the Rose Parade! This after he had supervised our group New Year’s Eve dinner just a few hours before where he enhanced the experience by setting up his own laptop and the ballroom big screen to livestream the ball drop from Times Square much to the countdown and cheering delight of the entire party as the ball dropped! That is a scene I will remember always and a memory he created for everyone of us! Additionally, he was present at each daily breakfast, the New Year’s Day evening dinner, and throughout the week kindly adjusted to timing and logistical changes all while ensuring the breakfast buffet bacon was extra crispy because he learned that is how Sue, Jen, and I like it. Each morning the breakfast buffet was delicious, plentiful, well presented, assisted by an attentive and kind banquet staff on an open air terrace and an adjacent room with windows and multiple access points. The buffet was two separate tables with two serving sides each accompanied by the three separate beverage tables: one with multiple juices, one for coffee, and one with water. The clean up service was prompt and friendly. Abel also provided personalized directional signage with the band name and Rose logo for each meal. Finally, on the morning of our departure, he had learned it was my birthday and not only did he provide me with a large sized to container of crispy bacon, he and his team presented me with a beautiful dessert tray with Happy Birthday and led the breakfast room in singing Happy Birthday! As for the rest of the property, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and helpful from all aspects and services. The key preparation took some time but ramped up when Sue arrived on site and managed to work out with only a slight delay for some travelers upon arrival. The spacious lobby with ducks in the water and displays at both of the entrances and near the desk were interactive fun for all guests. The free beverages available throughout our visit including teas, flavored waters, and hot chocolate were much appreciated. The group games including Jenga, pool, and shuffleboard were available 24/7 and enjoyed by our travelers. The banquet rooms were sizable, clean, well organized, with well planned and served buffets. The storage room was well sized and easily accessible to us all. The bus parking was convenient with three coaches allowed under the entrance canopy overnight and three coaches parking by the adjacent dock area. Staging each arrival ave departure allowed for a line up underneath the canopy and along the curb behind it. The guest rooms were comfortable, a good size, well equipped and stocked, although slightly dated. The views were nice. The down escalator was out of service for the duration of our stay but the six elevators provided timely transitions. We are very thankful to each and every one of your team members who made our stay fantastic! I look forward to working with your property again in the future! Very nice hotel with a unique theme. It appears to be a nice spot for people of all ages and abilities. The gym was nice and the layout was positive and not cluttered. Great workout equipment and numerous places to eat and drink within the hotel. The hotel is kid friendly and I would visit again.
