POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION (Chris is cool) Housekeeping and a girl from the office opened my door at 10 am while I was getting dressed to ask if I was checking out later. ??? UNACCEPTABLE. Two different employees, including the manager himself, offered information about other guests, which was unprofessional. I don't need to know that the man in the room next to me was "staying with his daughter for a volleyball tournament" or the full name of the man who had now checked in the room that I had transferred from. My real complaint is about being woken up by phone call from manager David around 6 am about a "fight" that happened "outside my front door" that he was asking if I knew about. I heard nothing, but it was important to interrupt my sleep, you know, a big reason folks book and rent a bedroom in the first place. Granted, I was annoyed and called back downstairs multiple times for answers, since the story wasn't making sense each time I thought about it--and I was half asleep. He didn't come to investigate, said the cameras went out, yet somehow adamant that it was outside MY door? Sketchy. David said I was harassing the front desk, that I was checking out today anyway, and that I could take them to court (for asking questions lol). Cool. I took video of my room, in case of any retaliatory claims that I left my room in poor condition. Chris was very helpful with my check-in process.

The Inn of Long Beach provides a limited range of amenities; however, its competitive pricing, specifically $444.00 for a three-night stay in a room with two queen beds, represents a significant advantage. While individuals experiencing homelessness may be present in the hotel alleys, they do not interact with guests. I don't have a problem with that. The proximity of a grocery store, which includes a Starbucks coffee kiosk, is an exceptional convenience.

Some lady was banging on my door at 9:37am to see if I’m staying or checking out. Checkout time is 11am. Why is she banging on my door that early? Cause “there’s a sign at the front office” to check if people are gonna stay longer or not. What is that?

Bed bugs confirmed in room 105... One in our party ended up with pustules on her face... Seriously run. I would have rather slept in our rental car... Pool was also dirty. Room had a large coffee (hopefully?) stain on the wall. Front desk lady was nice.

AVOID!!! I found hard drugs in the room. The taxi driver warned me about this place when he saw where I was staying, and I'm glad he did. I checked the room thoroughly for bedbugs, but I found a small plastic baggie of drugs under the mattress instead. The internet said it's likely crystal meth. I left and stayed in a real hotel instead.

Let me start by the employees were really nice. They he rooms were awful though. There was black mold everywhere that ended up making us really sick. We have bites all over from what we assume are bed bugs. There were dried boogers on the walls as well as cigarette burns on the blankets. We ended up leaving at 3 or 4 in the morning because of how sick we got and all the bites.

????? An Unforgettable Luxury Experience! From the moment we arrived, every detail at this hotel exuded elegance and comfort. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism—our bags were whisked away, and we were checked in with a refreshing drink in hand. The room was a haven of modern luxury—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with a breathtaking view from the private balcony. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom featured spa-quality amenities and a rainfall shower I never wanted to leave. Every amenity exceeded expectations. The rooftop infinity pool offered stunning city views, the on-site spa delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and the fine dining restaurant was simply world-class—each dish a masterpiece. Even the gym was impressive, fully equipped and spotless. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every person we encountered went out of their way to ensure we felt pampered, remembered our names, and offered thoughtful touches that made the experience feel personal and memorable. This hotel isn't just a place to stay—it’s a destination in itself. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already planning our return. If you're looking for an indulgent escape with flawless service and first-class amenities, look no further.

Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived at the hotel. I tried calling the front desk and ringing the buzzer, but neither worked. I finally gave up after waiting for an hour. It's the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. The place is not safe or comfortable. There was a guy showering outside his room while I was waiting. This hotel is more like the 'crystal palace' in Breaking Bad series.

Disgusting, this place was not great everything was broken, the toilet, the ground and the bathroom. I thought this was going to be a wonderful place but no it was disgusting????. And I am just a 11 year old. Also there was orange stuff and yellow coming out of the bathtub. Don't stay there.!!! By the way the toilet paper is in the back of the toilet so good lucky getting to it.
