Ordered an 'assessible' room which usually means for handicap but when we got there, it wasn't available. It was booked 4 months in advance. There was a ramp. The room had floors that looked water damaged, broken threshold into the bathroom, a toilet so low it was like a hole in the floor. The pictures of the property were taken with a wide angle lens because it was so tiny. The location was good but not a lot within walking distance.

One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. Large room, but beaten up hardwood floors,no rug. One small light in ceiling. No sink in the bathroom, the sink was at the opposite corner of the room from the bathroom. No outdoor lights outside of rooms or in parking lots

It's a fine hotel. You get what you expect for a 2-star class hotel. The room was clean and decent, if somewhat bare. The only things that went wrong were a broken light in the bathroom (it worked but would turn off if the dimmer was higher than halfway up) and the showerhead was broken (fell off as soon as I started the shower). The staff, however, was helpful, and managed to work out a temporary fix for the latter while logging it for the plumber to fix.

I went in this room sat in the bed for two minutes was itching so bad my daughter legs were bitten my back was full of bites horbale placeI went and got my deposit back called Priceline. They said they have to get hold of the property manager, which was supposed to be the next day. He was not there until two days later, he would absolutely not give me a refund. He only gave me back $45 of $123 he said he would do half that I paid for The room. The room was old and worn down manager and front desk. People were so extremely rude. do not stay at this hotel. Horrible place !!!

Very Small parking area with tight 1 way drive through to get out. My car bottomed out driving in. Rooms nice enough. Beds as hard as the floor and blocked 6-9 inches away from the wall so the pillows don't prop but fall to the floor. I woke up with mysterious bug bites. Cheap for the area. Continental breakfast, very small.

The location was very convenient and centralized. It was very safe. It did have a hot tub in the room, but if you based it off the pictures online, you would’ve expected the hot tub to be bigger than it was and I was expecting to submerge me in it, but it didn’t. Although the jets did feel good for what it’s worth. The tv didn’t work at all. The shelf in the bathroom was rusty and held the towels on it, which was unsanitary. I did get a early check in, however, I was rushed to checkout out the room and was even watched and rushed when I came out the room, which was 35 minutes earlier than my checkout time. You get what you paid for I guess, but if you can find somewhere better than this place, I would

This has to be one of the worst places I've tried to stay at. Immediately after receiving my room card and entering the room i was disgusted. The pictures online are way nicer looking than the actual rooms. The room was not very clean with dirt along the bottoms of the walls, Bugs were around the corners of the bed and there was a large gap under the door that pests could easily enter through. We paid for a 2 person whirlpool but was greeted by a single run down one at best. and the lighting is super dingy and dark. The road noise was bad and parking even worse. Ended up just giving the room keys back and finding another hotel. Definitely do not recommend. (they refunded the second night we had booked but not the first)

Stayed in this lodge for a week , due to my son's Uni CSULB . Bus stop was available outside the lodge , it's near to traffic circle, and shops. Clean and neat area , receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, parking space was available all time and room service was efficient. Breakfast was simple, with coffee n snacks . Recommended for budget friendly trips.

Absolutely the worst place ever . Let me explain. I booked this hotel online and the night I was to check in to the hotel . I checked in and when I went to the room the gave us . It was a complete mess papers from previous guests black stain on the bed and sheets on both beds all the furniture was completely destroyed, tv not working . So I politely asked for a different room . They gave me one ; again. black stains on bed, cigarette burns everywhere. Furniture destroyed. So at this point I am done I go ask for my money back so we can go to a different hotel they refuse to give back all my money and keep $110.00 and refuse to allow me to speak to a manger . I call back today . 4 days later still .still refuse to give back money and refuse to let me speak to a manger . update : months later... still haven't gotten my money back and owner/manger is avoiding me so here is some of my proof about the horrible rooms they have .
