Super satisfied and will recommend to anyone! Clean rooms, very friendly staff, pool and spa were clean and open, breakfast was HOT foods and parking is free. Kiddo said they have the best waffle ever! When you stay make sure to take a short walk to Main street for a quaint shopping, ice cream, pier and food! The location was perfect for ALL of our activities in HB and LB.

Location is great for Seal Beach, Long Beach and Los Alamitos. Our room was fine but the Air conditioning pumped moisture into the room as it cooled, so everything was damp. We turned it off and enjoyed the cool California air. But, both my husband and I ended up with bronchitis. Garage Parking is available but best to arrive in a compact car since the spaces are very tight. Street parking is also available. There doesn't seem to be a consistent schedule for having the room cleaned. Sometimes the gal never came (we had the 'service room please' sign in our lock). The times she did come were after we returned after being out all day which was inconvenient. Breakfast is a nice selection and the gal in charge is very friendly. There are a few restaurants close by as well as a CVS. Hotel is about 20 minutes to Long Beach airport.

Great spot, super walkable to downtown shops, restaurants and beach! Hotel is clean, pool and hot tub area is very nice with beautiful flowers and seating, breakfast included was delicious and had many options, and staff has been friendly and helpful. I found the bedding and pillows very comfortable, and the balcony was a nice treat for relaxing. I would recommend giving this Inn a try!

Can't recommend this spot highly enough. First time flying into LGB (about 15-20m ride from airport – they do have a free shuttle to/from, just need to call ahead). The location is great. About 5m walk to Main St with all different types of restaurants/shops & another 5m from there to the Seal Beach pier. The staff here was awesome. Anyone I interacted with (including guests) was upbeat & positive. I stayed 2 nights & used the hot tub 4x haha. I can't wait to go back!

This is the fourth year we stayed at The Pacific Inn and once again we really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of minor hiccups with our room but the entire staff from Amanda (who is the manager) and Stephanie (Front Desk) were extremely attentive and provided exceptional customer service in accommodating our requests and resolving the few minor issues. The hotel is quaint and offers great amenities, the location is perfectly located, especially a nice walk to the beach and mainstreet shops, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend staying at the Pacific Inn, where the Staff goes above and beyond to ensure one's stay is very enjoyable.

Stayed at this location for a few days prior to a cruise out of Long Beach. All employees were so friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast, most items were normal hotel Breakfast, but I really liked that they offered whole Avacodo that was perfectly ripe. The seating area was in a covered area on the third floor, overlooked the pool and the sides were open for fresh air. Parking was easy and location was good. Pool Area was nice, although we didn’t use it. They offer shuttle to the cruise port for one price per room, up to 4 people. That is a great deal.

We just enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Pacific Inn in Seal Beach! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to downtown Seal Beach with its great restaurants and charming shops. The staff, both on the phone and at the front desk, are always friendly and incredibly helpful. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team is efficient and kind. We especially appreciate that Pacific Inn is dog-friendly, which makes traveling with our pup so much easier and stress-free. It’s truly a quality spot, and we’ll definitely be back again soon! ?

We stay 7 nights every 2 months (last stayed Feb 11-18, 2026). LOVE it. Great price, clean comfortable rooms, EXCELLENT STAFF (Erin is amazing), and excellent seal beach location with lots to do in all directions.

I had several colleagues stay here in January 2026. Throughout the reservation process, their stay, and help with bills after… the team here were great. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the balconies were a treat. Walking distance to the pier. Thank you!!

Everyone who works here is super friendly. They really do care about the guest experience. I was most impressed with the shuttle drivers and the desk staff. The parking garage is so convenient and offers a great option to park your car while on a cruise. Pacific Inn was worth the money.
