We stay 7 nights every 2 months (last stayed Feb 11-18, 2026). LOVE it. Great price, clean comfortable rooms, EXCELLENT STAFF (Erin is amazing), and excellent seal beach location with lots to do in all directions.

I had several colleagues stay here in January 2026. Throughout the reservation process, their stay, and help with bills after… the team here were great. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the balconies were a treat. Walking distance to the pier. Thank you!!

Everyone who works here is super friendly. They really do care about the guest experience. I was most impressed with the shuttle drivers and the desk staff. The parking garage is so convenient and offers a great option to park your car while on a cruise. Pacific Inn was worth the money.

We stayed for five nights in early December. The rates were competitive for a place so close to the beach. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting friends in Long Beach and Orange County. The hotel sits far enough away from PCH that traffic noise was never an issue. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and very professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of dining options nearby. The Koi is literally across the street and Main St. with all it has to offer is just around the corner. If we ever return for another visit we will definitely stay here.

Great place to stay when in Seal Beach. The rooms are clean, restrooms are clean (large jacuzzi tub & removable shower head), the staff and customer service are amazing! The beach is within walking distance. Two Things that we wish they had; 1) Laundry service 2) EV charging station but regardless they get 5 stars

We have stayed at the Pacific Inn a few times in the past and this experience was the same as the time before...GREAT! The Inn is old, dated, but CLEAN. The service and staff are wonderful! They handled all my problems, (not with them), kindly and patiently and were very accomodating when we needed it. The location is great, since we cruise, and when the shuttle service is reserved along with the room (Park, Stay, Sail) there is no extra charge for the "over the 5 mile" limit for their normal shuttle service. "Thank you"! to all the staff and the shuttle drivers. :0)

Staff was amazing, very clean comfortable. A great continental breakfast with hot fresh food and so many options. Free covered on-site parking. Rooms are big clean and all amenities you could need. On-site pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing experience

My experience at the Pacific Inn was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The free shuttle service from the airport (Long Beach airport) was a huge plus and made getting to the hotel stress-free. The pool was awesome, clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing before our cruise. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of tasty options to start the day off right. Lots of places to eat and shop around the area. On the morning of our cruise, we took the hotel’s shuttle to the port for $55, which was super convenient and well worth it. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Every interaction we had with the staff showed how much they care about their guests. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better pre-cruise hotel. Great amenities, amazing service, and stress-free transportation options. Highly recommend the Pacific Inn! Will use this place again in the future.

Much better than expected. My personal experience was very pleasurable and I will be coming here again whenever I cruise out of long beach. The pictures are exactly what you get, no surprises like some hotels use trick angles or lighting. It was pretty quiet for being next to a main road. There are lots of little shops and restaurants and even s CVS pharmacy pretty much across the street. Parking was a little tight, so, I wouldn't recommend bringing a big 4x4 or dually pickup. The seal beach pier is about a 15 minute walk and there are tons of nice little shops along the way, depending on which way you walk. The staff, they were all extremely kind, amazing, friendly and very helpful. A big plus, and I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a secret, but, if you are going on a cruise, you can pay to park here while you are on the cruise. They even have a shuttle, it was about $85 round trip (per room, not guest) and that allowed me to park for 7 days in a covered parking garage. Overall, this is probably one of, if not, the best experiences I've ever had with a hotel. Leaving here happy and a little sad my stay here is over already.

Outstanding place to stay!! The grounds were immaculate, as well as the interior and rooms. Weekend getaway with sister and we were not disappointed. Rooms were updated and super clean. Location is about 1-2 minutes by car, with eating choices walking distance. Will definitely stay again and will pass the info on to family and friends visiting CA/Seal beach.
